Example: Pavilion hpe-421f
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The sound in settings only has a usb option. I want to use a headset. There is no 3.5mm mic option. Microsoft says the driver is not available on the HP website.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to download and install the W10 Realtek Audio driver directly from Realtek.

Accept the agreement.  Download and install the Windows 64 bit driver and restart the PC.
