I cannot say when this problem first occurred, but I would say the last 2 months.

NB  The minus key causing the problem is located in the "NUMLOCK" keys and all of the other keys controlled by the "NUMLOCK" work properly.  I have removed the key cap and found it to be perfectly clean.

I don't know the meaning of your reply:   "Please help with the full name of your product to assist you further."

The product is called a KEYBOARD identified by HP P/N672647003 and Spare P/N 724720001.

Hi @BigJmi,

I see that it is an individual keyboard that you have an issue with and if any of the keys are not working.

The keyboard needs to be replaced.
