HP P/N 672647003
SPARE P/N 724720001
I cannot say when this problem first occurred, but I would say the last 2 months.
NB The minus key causing the problem is located in the "NUMLOCK" keys and all of the other keys controlled by the "NUMLOCK" work properly. I have removed the key cap and found it to be perfectly clean.

Hi @BigJmi,
I see that it is an individual keyboard that you have an issue with and if any of the keys are not working.
The keyboard needs to be replaced.
