@pixelmaster, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

If your Bluetooth is not working and the driver appears to be missing or not updating, here are some steps to help you resolve the issue:

Check if Bluetooth is Supported and Enabled

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  • Look for Bluetooth or Bluetooth Radios.
    • If it's missing, your PC might not support Bluetooth or the driver is not installed.
    • If it's listed, right-click and ensure the device is enabled.

Update or Reinstall the Bluetooth Driver

  • Visit the official HP Drivers page: HP Drivers & Software.
  • Enter your PC model number and operating system.
  • Download the latest Bluetooth driver available.
  • Install the driver and restart your PC.

Use HP Support Assistant

  • Download and install HP Support Assistant. HP Support Assistant | HP® Support
  • Open the app and go to Updates > Check for updates.
  • Install any available Bluetooth-related updates.

Try HP PC Hardware Diagnostics

Manual Driver Installation (Intel Bluetooth)

If your PC uses an Intel Bluetooth chip, you can manually install the latest driver:
