Microsoft Windows 11

I recently replaced my desktop and now have an HDD & SSD. It came with Windows 11 preloaded and I assumed the operating system and program files would be housed on the SSD, but it is all on the HDD.  My SSD is empty and the HDD is over 50%. Should I transfer Windows over to the SSD? if so, how? Drag and drop  , copy and paste? I really don't want to create any problems but it seems wrong to not be using it.
