@PRINCE129, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the camera driver for your HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC (model 15-eh1000) is not shown in the Device Manager and the camera is not working, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, updating Windows can automatically install missing drivers. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

Reinstall the Camera Driver:

  • Visit the HP Support page.
  • Download and install the latest camera driver available for your device.

Enable the Camera in Device Manager:

  • Open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Device Manager.
  • Look for any devices under Imaging devices or Cameras. If you see your camera listed, right-click it and select Enable.

Run the Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Additional troubleshooters and then choose Camera. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Check Privacy Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera.
  • Make sure the camera access for this device is turned on and that apps are allowed to use the camera.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
