Hi @ASRG_NEED

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand you are facing a slow performance issue with your HP All-in-One 22-c0028in.

Here are a few steps you can take to improve its performance:

Check for Background Processes:

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check for processes consuming high CPU, memory, or disk usage.

End unnecessary tasks to free up resources.

Update Drivers and Windows:

Ensure all drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support page for the latest drivers.

Check for Windows updates in Settings > Windows Update.

Disable Startup Programs:

Open Task Manager and go to the "Startup" tab.

Disable programs that you don't need to start with Windows.

Run Disk Cleanup:

Use the built-in Disk Cleanup tool to remove temporary files and free up space.

Consider uninstalling unused programs to create more storage.

Perform a Clean Boot:

Open the Run dialog (Windows + R), type msconfig, and press Enter.

Under the "Services" tab, check "Hide all Microsoft services" and click "Disable all."

Restart your PC to see if performance improves.

Scan for Malware:

Run a full system scan using Windows Defender or a trusted antivirus program to rule out malware.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
