My computer freezes up randomly each time it does i have to unplug my pc. I've opened my pc to see if everything was plugged in correctly i reinstalled windows but nothing works i cant return it because my warranty expired and it happened right when i got my pc my specs are

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F, 2100 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB

When I have had this happen, it has ALWAYS been due to a failing drive -- because the OS tries to read from the drive, or write to the drive, fails repeatedly, and keeps doing that in the background until it gives up or you turn it off.

 

This nearly always means the primary drive is failing, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
