HP Recommended

Hello i need help turning on my computer. Every-time i turn it on it shows the hp loading screen then goes black. If i turn it on in recovery mode it wont let me use any of the options and just goes back to a black screen. I have tried reseting everything threw recovery mode and it wont even do that

HP Recommended

Try tapping Esc at power on to enter BIOS. Select F2 System diagnostics and run tests on all hardware components listed. If they all pass, you may need to reload the operating system.
