when i try to wake up the computer, it ignores the keyboard. so i try to wake it up it by pressing the button but it shuts down completely. then it wont turn on. only the fan spins for a few seconds and stops. i have to constantly press the power button and sometimes the fan finally spins at a higher than normal RPM. everything else is still asleep. no signal appears on monitor. its a desktop windows 7.
