Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am have an HP desktop that we run our Quickbooks desktop program stored and we connected to Square ecommerce syncing but for some reason every Wedseday the program won't sync. This only happens every Wedseday, do you kno what might be causing this?
