Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp device switches off after continuous use of just 30 mins and even it gets heated up faster. Not only this but also the device doesn't support charging up and working both at a time. and it is just 11 months that I had bought the device.

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
