Hi @delanychelsea,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your order history is blank and you can't see your laptop order from July, here are some steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Verify Account Details
- Check Login Credentials: Ensure you're logged into the correct account. Sometimes people have multiple accounts and may be logged into a different one.
- Check Account Settings: Make sure you're viewing the correct region or account profile if your retailer or service provider offers these options.
2. Check for System Issues
- Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve display issues.
- Try a Different Browser: Access your order history from a different web browser or device to rule out browser-specific issues.
- Check for System Updates: Ensure your browser and operating system are up-to-date.
4. Check Confirmation Emails
- Search Your Email: Look for any order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails from the retailer. This can help you verify the details of the order.
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes important emails end up in the spam or junk folder.
5. Verify Payment Method
- Check Payment Records: Review your credit card or payment method statements to see if the transaction went through and to find any reference numbers.
6. Account or System Issues
- Technical Glitches: Occasionally, there might be temporary glitches in the retailer's system. Checking back after some time or contacting support can help resolve this.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
