Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc has a virus and can not boot up.  Tried to access the hard drive from another computer but was denied access.

Can format the hard drive or change hard drives. My concern is can I get the msn key from hp for this computer?
