@Mahin03

If your PC is running, it is not "dead" and that message means the monitor is not getting a video signal from the PC.  This is usually a problem with a loose or broken video cable.  So, you should check both ends of the cable to ensure it is connected and if so, you will need to replace the cable with another one to see if that corrects the issue.

For a desktop computer, have you tried connecting a different monitor?

Can you try connecting your monitor to a different computer, to confirm that it is still working?

In addition to what @WAWood wrote, it is possible that the video-adapter inside your computer has failed.

If you have an All-In-One or notebook computer, there's nothing you can do, except an expensive replacement of the computer's motherboard. If you have a desktop computer, it is possible to add-in a video-card -- your computer will use that card, instead of the current "integrated" video-adapter.
