I am not a HP employee.


Do you see a specific error message when you get the blue screen? Please describe.


Some error messages can help to isolate the problem; possible problems can be, but are not limited to: hardware driver or system file problems, bad hardware, or a recent Windows update.


Possible solutions could involve: booting to safe mode, or using a recent system restore point, or having to reinstall Windows if nothing else works.


Also, it would be good if you provided your PC's product number (Link).
