HP pavilion 20 all in one running win 8.1  backed up old drive using f11 installed new drive cannot access f11 to restore to new drive

Hi:

 

You can download the W8.1 64 bit ISO file from the link below.

 

Select the plain W8.1 file.

 

You do not need to enter a product key to download the file.

 

Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)

 

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD so that it is bootable.

I was missing the burn to usb tool, I had previously copied the ISA file to the usb drive, but now I burned it on , I will give it a try , Thanks again
