You're very welcome.
On your first screen shot there is nothing you can do because you have no W7 installation disk which you would need to follow the steps.
As far as the BIOS, the only other thing you can try is to restart the PC, tap the F11 key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen, and if your PC has a built in recovery feature, the F11 key will activate it.
If nothing happens, or the recovery process fails, then your only option would be to obtain recovery disks.
