booting issue

when i repair with recovery tool using advance option 

after 49% it get undoing changes and failed to recover 

need recovery media for above product

product no W2T11AA#ACJ

RECOVERY MEDIA SERAIL NO [serial number removed]

AND SYSTEM SERAIL NO CNV644037K

Delete the serial numbers please.

 

You could start by trying this Lo-Cost/No-Cost solution....

Create Windows 10 installation media

To get started, you will first need to have a license to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool. For more information on how to use the tool, see the instructions below.

 
Then add a HP Drivers Folder of the latest for your model, so it looks something like this....

X:\>dir
Volume in drive X is Recovery
Directory of X:\
