Somehow I deleted one of our email accounts from the desktop. I can still read/send emails from mobile devices.  How do I restore this email account to desktop?

Email accounts must be recovered from your Email provider.

What else?

Having added your email account to Windows Mail application, you can remove your email account from Windows Mail.

After that, Check the Microsoft Store to see if there is an update to the Windows Mail application or any other application managed / provided by the Store.

Check / Update applications in / from the Microsoft Store

Windows key > Open the Tile for Microsoft Store

If necessary, sign into the store

Click on “See more”  (three horizontal dots  )

Select Downloads and Updates

Whether or not the app updates,

Restart the computer and log in.

Open Windows Mail and add your email back into the application.
