By default, your machine should come with Microsoft Edge. You can use it to use Internet. You can also can use other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox .... BUT you need to download and install them they won't come pre-installed.
You need to use Edge to download other software. To access Edge, please hit Windows key and you can see a Menu which is similar to the following image
