 I did eveything, make it legacy boot procesador, and all that i even checked the powe cable, this happened when a thunder strike hit near my house and the whole street lost their internet, i don’t know if it has to do with that because i remember it going to a blue screen then to this. Please help me!

The error messages you're seeing, "no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed" and "media test failure," typically indicate that the computer is having trouble accessing the bootable operating system or the hard disk has encountered an issue. There could be several reasons behind these error messages, and I'll provide some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the problem.

 

  • Check boot order in BIOS/UEFI: Ensure that the computer is attempting to boot from the correct drive. Sometimes, the boot order might be incorrect, leading to the error. To access the BIOS or UEFI settings, restart your computer and press the required key (often Del, F2, F12, or Esc) during the startup process. Once in the BIOS/UEFI, navigate to the boot settings and make sure the primary boot drive is set correctly.
  • Check connections: If the hard drive connections are loose or faulty, the computer might not detect the disk correctly. If you're comfortable doing so, open up the back panel of your All-In-One and verify that all cables connecting the hard drive are secure.
  • Check for disk failure: The error message may indicate an actual disk failure. If you suspect this might be the case, try connecting the hard drive to another computer (using an external enclosure or adapter) to see if it's recognized. If it's not, the disk might be faulty, and you may need to replace it.
