my pc can not startup its only blinking power on/off button with 2 long beeps and 2 short beeps even at beeping time my keyboard and mouse both not working to press F2 key it just beep when i click on power button plz help me

It appears that your PC's BIOS is corrupted and unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.
