The initial issue appeared when the computer display froze so the computer was shut down and I attempted to boot it up again. When booting up the desktop, an initial error is found saying "IDE device failed", when you press any key after the error message is "non-system disk or disk error", followed by "pxe-e61 media test failure", I have attempted to address this problem by ensuring the SATA cable is secured to the motherboard and by rearranging the bootup order in the BIOS menu, both of these attempted fixes have not addressed the issue.
