Hi there, I have had my pc for awhile now and only ran into this issue the past week, the most common occurrence of this is when i first load up my computer, if i try to open a game or something straight away it doesnt open and my mouse just gets a blue circle around it and then i cant open absolutely anything, not even task manager opens through my keyboard or clicking on shutdown, here is a video of what is happening https://youtu.be/JpEupqZdBKM
I have ran multiple tests but everything comes back fine, i will appreciate any advice and help, thanks guys 🙂

That is symptom of insufficient resources: not enough memory, cpu too busy, network timeout, disk unable to respond as it is busy doing what it thinks is more important such as scanning for virus.
1. Bring up event viewer and look for timeouts on network or disk drive
2. bring up task manager, select resources and look at what is being used. At Idle, cpu and memory should be under under %20 and disk and network should be 0.0 or close.
I notice you have coinbase wallet. If you are mining directly to the wallet you may want to move the wallet to dedicated system. I had to move my gridcoin wallet off my office system as it was loading the entire blockchain into memory and tying up my virtual memory.

hi thanks for the reply, it definitely isnt to do with cpu being too busy or anything as it happens when i go onto a game straight away after loading up my pc so nothing else is open, its a strange one because ive been on my pc for a few hours now without any problems it seems to be only when it first loads, i checked event viewer and there seems to be warnings but i have no clue what any of it means

Those are just warning messages and can be ignored.
