is there any way to get new firmware for this?? i got it in 2021 , new in the box...i know its a relicat 6 yrs old ,but i got all my stuff on there and i really like the ryzen  cpu....any ideas?

What's the full model number or product number of the PC?

 

How to find your HP Desktop model name, product number, or serial number #shorts

 

You can also find the PC's product number as follows:

 

Click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
