OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0014

i haven't really used omen gaming hub in a long time because i had everything pretty much set up as i needed it to be but when i recently tried to open the app today i have noticed that once its loaded up it opens like normal but it tries to load up the widgets and stuff and that's when it starts freezing and i cannot click anything i could however close the program with the close button by right clicking if it was a legit freeze I would of have to force close it with task manager and I have looked everywhere for a fix to no avail I just wish hp would make another update to the omen gaming hub so that this issue can be resolved

also in case anyone needs a image of what i mean by it freezing i literally took a screen shot of my issue in case of that so maybe someone smarter than i can maybe help me figure out this conundrum of a issue the freeze starts about herethe freeze starts about here

uninstall the OMEN Gaming Hub, restart the device and then go back to the Microsoft store and install the program.

I tried multiple times and the app no longer seems to work. Multiple people are seeing the same issues according to the ratings on the Windows Store app page. Looks like I'll need to find another mouse, too since the app controls the buttons, which I customize.
