Hi Kuroi thanks for getting back to me. I am using HP Pavilion Power Desktop 580-1xx. Radeon RX 550 (4GB). AMD Ryzen 7 1700 eight core processor. I think it was deleted with advanced system care. I hope you can help me with this.

Hi @Bobbysi,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Update Graphics Drivers:

  • Often, the OpenCL.dll file is included in the graphics driver package for your GPU. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
  • For NVIDIA graphics cards, visit NVIDIA's official website to download and install the latest drivers.
  • For AMD graphics cards, visit AMD's official website to download and install the updated drivers.
  • For Intel integrated graphics, you can visit Intel's driver support page.

Use Windows Update:

  • Microsoft often includes driver updates in its Windows Updates.
  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

Reinstall Intel OpenCL Runtime:

  • If you are using an Intel CPU with integrated graphics, you can also download the Intel OpenCL runtime from the Intel website.
  • Visit the Intel download center and choose the appropriate OpenCL drivers for your system.

Restore System:

  • If you recently removed this file, consider restoring your system to an earlier point using Windows System Restore.

Always ensure you download drivers and runtime libraries from official sources to avoid installing malicious software.

I hope this helps.
