Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased recovery media from hp and checked my credit card charges on my account. I found that I was charged $57.75 for my order and charged again the next day for $58.80. I did not order anything else. I have no idea what the 58.80 was for. This constitutes fraud as far as I am concerned. I called my credit card company and told them to freeze my account until I can get to the bottom of this! This is unacceptable. I will not ever purchase anything hp again!

Hello, unfortunately we have on a forum, I am not HP employee so I don't have access to this information. You have bought this media online or by phone? If online, in the Best2serve site, or what site??

You need to contact the company where you have exactly bought the media for have this information.
