Welcome to HP Support Community

Does this problem happen on any particular Application or Website?

I suggest you run the SFC Scan since this seems to be a Windows corruption

The sfc /scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions where possible.

  • In the search box on the taskbar, enter Command Prompt. Press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the search results and select Run as administrator.
  • Enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the space before each "/"). (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to run and complete.)
  • Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").

Let me know how it goes and have a wonderful day 😊
