PC turns on but won't display, not sure it is completely turning on either. opened it up and I found one of the sata cables was disconnected. I don't see anywhere this would go. please see pic. any help is appreciated. not even sure this is a problem. sata.jpg

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

Are you sure the 15-pin SATA cable is not disconnected from your SSD/HDD?  Otherwise, it is just an extra SATA cable, and has nothing to do with your current computer problems.
