This table shows varioous power supplies that are compatible with the motherboards listed.

The recommended GPU (if any) is listed.
You can use Tech Power Up to identify a GPU that might work in your system. For example, if you have a 300 watt supply the GTX-1650 will work at 250 watts and needs no power connectors.
If you locate the 1660 it uses 300 watts but needs an 8 pin power connector but the RTX-4060 would work with 300 watts but needs a 12 pin power. The 8 and 12 pin connectors are not always used depending on the OEM. An HP labeled graphics card might need only a 6 pin power cable.
