my pci serial port drivers are not installed i could not find the drivers anywhere please could you help  Capture.PNG

I think that it is the sp78219 that you need.

It installs the driver  11.5.0.1012

(2016-04-18)
 
Do not run the setup.exe. 
Download 7-Zip and just extract the file. It contains the *.inf.
Start the driver installation from the device manager

But there is a newer driver than this:

DriverVer=07/07/2015,11.0.0.1157

 

The 11.5.0.1012 is running fine on my machine

I don't know how to attach the Zip with the driver:

I have zipped up and attached the file below. 

 

We are limited to 5 MB attachments, so I have only included the raw SOL_REL driver files.
