Hi community members I just bought a used HP laptop HP PROBOOK 450 G8 NOTEBOOK PC. I am a blogger and freelancer on Upwork. I needed a good laptop for my work so  start searching a good laptop people suggest me many laptop but mostly suggest me to buy HP laptop of my range that's why I bought this laptop. I really like its speed and and stand by time. But I also noticed some issues in it . Like it become slow after updating window ( should its need  to be upgraded) and there is no privacy smart glass on screen as said earlier that I am a freelancer so i have to work on it in public places not usually but some time. Can I  installed privacy smart glass on it? if yes then whether I go to HP service center for this purpose or I can do this task from any where but its necessary for me to use privacy glass now.

@haynes11 --  it become slow after updating window ( should its need  to be upgraded)

That should not happen. Microsoft releases security-updates at 10 AM Pacific on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. So, while downloading and installing those updates, your computer can be somewhat "busy".

When the updates finish, restart your computer, and it should be back to its "normal" speed.

Most privacy screens are "self-installed". Buy one on Amazon:

     https://www.amazon.ca/s?k=laptop+privacy+screen

and attach it to your screen.
