Hi @liat5099,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error message you are seeing, "The exception (0Xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0X00007FFA86B0FE4C," indicates that there might be an issue with a software component or system file causing the application to crash or freeze. This could be due to a corrupted file, a software conflict, or a driver issue.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Boot into Safe Mode
Safe Mode loads Windows with minimal drivers and could help you identify if a background process is causing the issue.
- Restart your computer.
- Press the F8 key (or Shift + F8) during startup until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
- Select Safe Mode and press Enter.
- See if the issue persists in Safe Mode. If it doesn’t, the problem is likely related to a third-party program or driver.
Update Drivers and Windows
Outdated drivers or system files could be causing the problem.
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install all available updates.
- Update your network drivers by going to Device Manager (press Win + X and select it).
- Expand Network adapters, right-click on your network driver, and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Run System File Checker (SFC)
This tool scans and repairs corrupted system files.
- Open Command Prompt as an administrator by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Command Prompt (Admin).
- Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
- Allow it to complete and follow any on-screen instructions.
Run DISM Tool
The Deployment Imaging Service and Management tool can fix system image corruption.
- Open Command Prompt as administrator.
- Type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- After completion, restart your computer.
Check for Malware
Malware can sometimes cause crashes and network issues. Run a full system scan using Windows Defender or any other trusted antivirus software.

Perform a System Restore
If the issue started recently, performing a System Restore to a point before the error occurred might help.
- Go to Control Panel > Recovery > Open System Restore.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your system to a previous working state.
Reset Network Settings
Since you mentioned a network connection issue, resetting the network settings might help resolve this problem.
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network Reset.
- Click Reset now and restart your computer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
