Product: HP M01-F1035ur 424R9EA this is PC 
when starting the pc without OC, it issues this (screen attached), after it shows two windows freedos and hp documents
I do not understand what the problem is

@Imao -- the text may have come from your computer while it is trying to launch Linux (or some variant).

 

The software is trying to detect which "IRQ" items respond to being queried, and the "nobody cares" implies that no software is responding to a "test" of IRQ #9.

 

Do you have a USB memory-stick attached to your computer?

Do you have a disk inside your CD/DVD device?

Do you have some disk-drive that contains a copy of LInux?
