problems with driver on printer HP 8030 series

I have HP printer 8030 series and I am having issues with driver.  Cannot resolve this and I am VERY frustrated.  The scanner works but not the printer and i HAVE EXHAUSTED all - I am ready to take this machine and heave it out the window.  I have never had this problem in the last 5 or 6 years since I purchased it.  I hope help is there.

Exhausted all is indeed a lot.

Since we don't know what any of that includes, forgive duplicate suggestions.

Would you like to tell us the Operating System / version you are using?

The OS makes a difference!

If Windows:

Can you describe the error(s) you are seeing when you try to uninstall / install the Full Feature Software?

Have you tried completely uninstalling the Full Feature Software > Restart computer > Install fresh software?'

If yes, what happens?

Connection

How is the printer connected to your network?

Ethernet is your best connection option.

If Wireless

Do you have a Dual Band Network (5GHz and 2.4GHz)?

If yes, have you tried connecting the printer to the SSID named network for the 2.4GHz frequency served by your router?

Why?  Printer might not support 5GHz and even if it does, there might be distance or obstructions that reduce service.
