Hi all
I have an HP All-in-One 24-f006nl with 1 AMD64 Family 21 Model 112 Stepping 0 AuthenticAMD ~3100 Mhz processor
and 8 GB memory
I would like to know if is possible to change the processor and increase the mem to make the pc faster

You're very welcome, Maurizio.
According to the product specs, your PC already comes with a M..2 solid state drive.
HP 24-f0006nl All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Support
The only thing you can do would be to add another 8 GB DDR4-2400 CL17 memory chip in the empty memory slot.
That will make some improvement, but it won't transform your PC into a speed demon.
With Windows 10 going out of support in October, you may want to consider getting a new PC.
You could install W11 on your PC using a workaround, but I wouldn't do that unless you installed the extra memory.
