Product: HP Pavillion All-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need help on getting out of the "choose your keyboard layout" loop.  I have tried everything in the troubleshoot/recovery manager, and the advanced options menu, and it goes back to the same "Loop"
