Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-r053ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In UEFI HP diagnostics, when you try to roll back the bios to the previous version, you get this message "could not open the file with the bios signature" Please help with this problem.

Did you go to the BIOS update download page and read the Installation Instructions before you did the update?

 

Asking because in a lot of cases, the instructions include the following line:

 

NOTE: Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.
