Hi,

 

So I have a problem with my PC. It has been stuck in the "System Updates are underway. Please keep your PC on and plugged in..." screen for about 2 hours. I ha e visited multiple forums but none of the steps I've taken have worked such as hard power reset. I currently can't get past the screen so, I can not troubleshoot windows update or anything like that as I don't have access to even Windows entirely. There's also no progress bar or number and it just restarts immediately the message pops up. Please help.
