Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G5AV)

From new my Omen has random apps stop working almost daily-

The reliability monitor hasn't gone more than 2 days without something crashing-

Such as Omencap.exe-windows manager-desktop manager-windows shutdown unexpected-

Almost always Omencap.exe is the most prevalent-

I have reinstalled Windows 11 and all is fine until I install Omen gaming hub-then the errors start-

I guess my question is why would HP put out such horrible software-or is there another problem that I am not seeing-
