Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hello,

The windows session of my device (HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0096nf) switch off randomly (from every seconds, to every 10 minutes).

I stopped all automatic application launching when windows is starting

I stopped the AVG antivirus

I even reinstall from scratch the OS (still keeping my user files) and applied all windows updates with no issue

and ... no change. Can't find any reason or help on google 

 

any idea about the issue ? help will be much appreciated 🙂 thx
