Hello i need help to completely factory reset my all in one hp desktop. The problem is it was stolen almost a year ago to the day and i finally have it and it has someone's pin setup and i cannot seem to get around it so i can even log into my account to do anything.
I have done a system check on the hard drive and processor and system aboard etc check. ALL passed but i cant get into my computer and I'm starting to get upset. I finally got it back and now this. PLEASE HELP ME

Your PC should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this and another PC running Windows 7 or newer.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC you will need to enter your PC"s product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
The 1W761AV product number you posted is for the general model series of which many individual model numbers/product numbers are listed.
If you can't find the specific product number for your PC, enter the serial number in the search window at the link below and it will give you the specific product number for your PC.
Once you have the product number, you have to also include #ABA to the right of the product number.
