Product: Pavilion g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an older pavilion g7, and the hard drive fried.  Took it to the 'Geek squad', and they say i need to get the recovery disc for windows 7 in order for them to replace the hard drive.   I can't find it under support.  I am not very computer savey, and help would be appreciated.   Thank you!!!!

HP does not provide a download for the Recovery Media but they are available from a HP partner
