Click Start, type recovery into the search field, and then select HP Backup & Recovery Manager from the list to open HP Backup and Recovery Manager. Click Expert Mode, select the Recover user created files and folders option, and then click Next to open the File Recovery Wizard within HP Backup and Recovery Manager.
2nd method How to Recover Permanently Deleted Files on Laptop
- Launch Recoverit Data Recovery software on your laptop, then select recycle bin folder and next.
- The laptop data recovery program will start scanning the disk to retrieve your permanently files back.
- After the scan, you can check all recovered data files.
