recovery mgr error preforming inpage operation.

I am truying to restore email and internet settiongs backup with HP recoverymgr.

When I select recoverymgr on the DVD containg the backup I get "error preforming inpage operation"

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

• Are you getting any error message or code while playing DVD's?
• Does computer recognize the DVD disk?
• Have you checked the DVD on a different computer

You may try to remove the dvd and  use a microfiber cloth as it is excellent for lint-free cleaning. 

Once done, insert the dvd and try to check if it works.
