I want to reset my pc but when I go to the settings and specifically in the section reset the application crash. Can someone here please help me?

Hi:

 

If you can't reset your PC, the only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 by making bootable installation media with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Scarica Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

The W10 product key is encrypted in your PC's BIOS.

 

You won't need it to reinstall W10.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
