Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP certified refurbished desktop computer model 795-0137, serial #[Personal Information Removed]. The computer started right up ad I began the setup, Right after registration a message popped up saying it needed a BIOS update, I clicked on the download link. A message appeared saying update failed, unable to open BIOS signature, continuing startup.

At this point, it seems to be in a loop. I have tried to load the old Bios by holding down the Windows –B key while turning it on several times, I get the 8 beeps, but other than that nothing.

@wvgen -- your purchase should have come with a warranty (one month? 6 months? 1 year?).

Contact the seller to exercise that warranty, to get it repaired/replaced.
