- removing 403 Forbidden

Lately, on an app I use quite a bit I am now getting the 403 Forbidden message. I've tried to remove it, but obviously, I'm not doing the right thing. I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Welcome to the HP User Community.
If you are seeing this in a browser, it might be the path you are using is simply incorrect.
Try clearing the cookies / cache and then going to the website again.
No joy? Search for the correct path to the website providing the application you are using.
and / or
change the URL prefix from http:// to https://

Sure - OK.
I was not aware which URL was being entered by the customer, I guess.
I see these occasion and the "forbidden" is due to an actual locked (should be locked) URL path.
