What you're asking sounds simple -- but it is FAR from that. Why? Because the file management apps only ERASE the data -- but do not remove it. Same is true of Factory Resets -- they only REFORMAT the drive, then do not actually REMOVE the files.
To actually REMOVE files, you have to WIPE them -- and that requires a special utility which is designed to work on entire drive partitions, not individual files.
I don't know of any utilities that only WIPE specific files or folders.
What are you doing with the PC that requires the removal of specific files? Asking because there may be some alternatives.
